We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at RecruitWorX. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for New clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services
2. Candidate Management:
- Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals)
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality
- Manage candidate applications, interview schedules, and feedback
3. Recruitment Process:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity
4. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Attend networking events, conferences, and job fairs to promote RecruitWorX and build relationships with potential clients and candidates
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other Recruitment Consultants and support staff to share knowledge, best practices, and resources
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives
